All treatment begins with an initial consultation with Dr. Catriona Davis-McCabe

Consultation - £70.00
At the consultation you will be able to discuss with Catriona any issues that you want to bring to therapy. It might be that you decide on one form of therapy or a mixture of counselling/ psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy. The consultation usually lasts 50 minutes.

Counselling / Psychotherapy - £70.00
Counselling/psychotherapy sessions are usually on a weekly basis and are for 50 minutes per session. Counselling/psychotherapy includes EMDR.

Hypnotherapy - £70.00
Hypnotherapy sessions usually last 50 minutes and may be on a weekly basis or a one-off session. You can discuss at the consultation how many sessions you will need.

Stop Smoking - £200.00
Stop Smoking is a one-off session that usually lasts 90 minutes; there is no need for a separate consultation. Stop Smoking sessions use counselling/psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. A full consultation is completed with you in this session in order to decide if you are suitable for hypnotherapy for smoking cessation.
PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAR WHEN YOU BOOK THE APPOINTMENT THAT YOU REQUIRE A SMOKING CESSATION SESSION.
